Monday - 5 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible - keep repeating for 5 minutes)
  • 15 squats
  • 10 push ups
  • 30 mountain climbers
  • 20-count plank
  • 15-count rest 
Tuesday - Choose Your Own (CYO) Workout
  • Pick 5 exercises from the chart
  • Do 15 reps each 
  • Repeat the workout 5x (5 sets)
